The mysterious British secret service concept of The Service 1921 Restaurant & Bar invites guests to gather at the bar for molecular cocktails by the award-winning mixologist, savour tailored menus of Thai, Chinese cuisine and Vietnamese cuisine as a large party in the vintage dining salons and on the upper veranda, or surprise a privileged few by opening a book shelf in the library wall to access the secret private dining room.
