Nature of Business

IMPACT GROWTH REIT
RMI Co., Ltd. has filed for the approval with the Thai Securities and Exchange Commission to set up “IMPACT GROWTH REIT,” the real estate investment trust, to invest in freehold assets of IMPACT Muang Thong Thani projects including IMPACT Arena, IMPACT Challenger, IMPACT Forum, IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, and The Portal Lifestyle Complex. The distribution and Initial Public Offering (IPO) subscription of trust units is set to launch after getting approval from the Thai Securities and Exchange Commission.
 
IMPACT has appointed RMI Co., Ltd. as the REIT manager, Kasikorn Asset Management Co., Ltd. (KAsset) as the trustee, Maybank Kim Eng Securities (Thailand) PCL as the financial advisor and IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. as the property manager.
 
General Information
Established in 1999, IMPACT Arena as well as IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center is an integrated venue offering a diversity of events with versatile facilities and services. IMPACT is one of Asia’s largest and most modern exhibition and convention centers with a usable indoor space more than 140,000 square meters featuring a variety of venue sizes to meet all kinds of events requirement.

Situated near Thailand’s capital – Bangkok, where more than10 million visitors and event organizers come each year for both business and leisure, the location and easy accessibility to Bangkok’s major arteries and city attractions give IMPACT clear advantages to be the preferred venue for organizers, exhibitors, MICE travelers, and visitors.

IMPACT Muang Thong Thani is Asia’s leading venue. The center is equipped with state-of-the-art integrated facilities that offer the ultimate choice for business success on more than 140,000 square meters of versatile space. The venue boasts five large multi-purpose buildings, namely IMPACT Arena, IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, IMPACT Forum Hall 4, IMPACT Challenger, and The Portal along with 55 meeting rooms, 3 ballrooms consisting of “Royal Jubilee” ballroom, “Grand Diamond,” and “The Portal,” 2 banquet halls, 2 outdoor areas (Lakeside and Aktiv Square,) and 4-star Novotel Bangkok IMPACT as well as 3-star ibis hotel. The venue also brims with 26 dining outlets, onsite and offsite. Five outdoor and 3 indoor parking areas can accommodate more than 15,000 vehicles.

ibis Bangkok IMPACT adds 587 rooms to the existing 380-room Novotel Bangkok IMPACT, offering an attractive alternative to local companies and government agencies, as well as international exhibitors and visitors, seeking to save on accommodation expenses and travel time to IMPACT Arena, Exhibition and Convention Center (also known as IMPACT Muang Thong Thani). Access to downtown Bangkok and both airports is also convenient via public transportation, and the hotel offers ample parking. The hotel is also well-positioned to cater to increased demand in the area, which will welcome a water park, go-kart track, office complex, shopping centers, and the new Metropolitan Rapid Transit (MRT) Pink line.
